Natural Abrasive Sand is a mineral abrasive produced from naturally occurring almandite natural abrasive. It is produced by processing rock sand and grading to exact specifica ons. Due to its low free silica, natural abrasive is widely used in sand/grit blas ng and now widely popular for waterjet cu ng. Natural Abrasive is cost effec ve, environmentally and operator friendly, alterna ve to silica sands and minerals slags and will provide a class Sa3 White Metal finish. Natural Abrasive par cles are dense, hard and sharp and free of heavy metals or toxic components. The low friability of abrasive permits recycling up to 5-8 mes and the rela vely high density ensures fast blas ng speeds.
